Ordering Your Jewelry


Ordering has never been easier! Simply click on the picture or "more info" button under the item you wish to view. You'll be taken to a new page where you can read more info on the item and see a larger picture. If you wish to purchase the item, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button that appears underneath each picture. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button that appears on the left hand side of the main page. Its right underneath all the buttons. Once your purchase is in the cart, simply click on "proceed to checkout". Follow the instructions on how to pay. Once your payment has been received, I'll either mail you the pre-made item or begin to make a custom order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, possibly longer for international orders (outside of Canada and the United States) I'll do everything I can to be sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible, within reasonable shipping costs.

In the case of Heaven's Tears, Heritage, Miracles, Circle of Love and some Precious Paws jewelry, you only need to fill out a small form letting me know what name you'd like on your bracelet, which birthstones or crystals you'd like, choice of clasp and finally, your wrist size. If you should run into any problems or have questions, simply email me and I'll answer you promptly. Credit Card payments are accepted through Pay Pal, but you don't have to have a Pay Pal account to pay.

Should you wish to pay by another payment method, please email me to discuss terms. Please be advised I cannot ship jewelry until your payment has cleared. Cheques cannot be accepted due to the lengthy wait for international cheques to clear, but money orders are accepted. For additional information on shipping, click HERE.
