Shipping is simple! When you fill out your shopping cart form, I'll be
notified of your shipping address. You'll be notified when your order has
been received and when it has been shipped.
Pre-made items will ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except
on weekends. Custom made orders will be made and shipped within 48 hours
except where custom supplies need to be ordered. In most cases, custom
orders can be shipped within 4 to 5 days. How long it takes to reach you
depends on your location. International orders (outside of Canada and the
United States) may take 2 weeks or longer, but I'll do everything I can
to speed the process (within reasonable costs).
Shipping is ALWAYS included in the price of your item and there are NEVER
any handling charges.
